Miami Makeover: Courtyard Cadillac Wraps Big Revamp

MIAMI

Courtyard by Marriott The Cadillac Miami Beach/Oceanfront has completed a $25 million renovation that includes the addition of a new LEED certified 93 guest room oceanfront tower, which opened to the public in early winter 2014.

With the addition of this tower, the Miami Beach Marriott now has a total of 356 spacious guest rooms and suites, which feature a bright color palette and dramatic ocean views.

Upon entering the hotel on Collins Ave., guests will encounter an updated spacious lobby, which is home to a new 32-foot bar called Lounge DeVille and the Cadillac Café. Outside, there's a new pool deck with a new oceanfront saltwater infinity pool and new private cabanas, where guests can lounge while looking out at the ocean. Carrabba's Oceanfront Surfside Tiki Bar, the beachfront restaurant and bar, has also been completely revamped.

The renovations also brought a sleek new gym and stylish new indoor and outdoor meeting spaces to the Miami Beach property.

The stylishly upgraded guest rooms boast modern design and vibrant colors, as well as 32-inch plasma screen HD TVs, complimentary wireless Internet access, comfortable beds, coffee makers, modern workstations, balconies, and views of the Atlantic.

Guests can enjoy breakfast either indoors or al fresco at the Cadillac Café, tapas in the lobby's Lounge DeVille, classic Italian dishes at Carrabba's Italian Grill, and beach-side snacks at the Oceanfront Surfside Tiki Bar.

The property has about 2,700 square feet of event space, including the Golden Vee Ballroom, which can accommodate 286 people reception style.
