The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company has officially unveiled its newest addition to the upscale California hotel scene, The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage.

State Fare Bar & Kitchen presents its fare in a relaxed, multi-setting dining environment which showcases a chefs’ display kitchen, interactive market table, outdoor terraces located just off the restaurant with valley views, a cozy fireplace “snug,” tableside cocktail trolley service in the bar, walk-in red and white wine rooms and artisanal California menus and ingredients.
