SAN DIEGO, Calif.
The Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina completed a $2 million property update.
Guest rooms and public spaces were redesigned with a nautical flair, including all 348 guest rooms in the Bay Tower. New elements including carpeting, chairs, window treatments and bath fixtures were added. The Bay Tower's outdoor patio was updated to take better advantage of the waterfront views and the size of the fitness center was doubled.
The Sheraton offers 1,050 guest rooms in total, with the other 700 located in the Marina Tower, which was also updated.
For meeting planners, there is more than 120,000 square feet of function space on-property, including 73 meeting rooms, many of which offer bay and marina views.
