The special promotion showcases long list of 20 percent-off offers, with the caveat that the meeting must be booked by April 17 of this year (and held by April 30 of 2016).

- 20-50 percent discount on guestroom rates, based upon dates.
- 20 percent discount on break items.
- 20 percent discount on reception food with planned dinner function.
- 20 percent discount on AV rentals.
- 20 percent discount on meeting room rental.
- 20 percent discount on Osthoff group activities.
- 20 percent discount on Aspira Spa services.
- 20 percent discount on Osthoff in Bloom floral arrangements.
In addition to the special 20th anniversary discounts, the resort’s regular perks still apply, which include: No resort fees; complimentary parking; complimentary basic wireless connection in meeting rooms and guest rooms; complimentary 24-hour fitness room access; and a free daily newspaper
The offer is based on contracting 20 or more guestrooms before 5 p.m., April 17, 2015, for functions to be held now through April 30, 2016, Sunday-Thursday evenings. This is for new bookings only. There may be limited availability in certain months and blackout dates may apply.
The resort, with 240 guest rooms and suites, is recognizable by its shoreline setting and distinctive architecture.
