D.C.’s Embassy Row Wraps Major Makeover

WASHINGTON, D.C.

The Embassy Row Hotel in Washington D.C. has announced the official completion of its $15 million, multi-phase renovation.

The Dupont Circle venue, a Destination Hotels and Resorts property, now offers 231 newly redesigned guest rooms, a lifestyle-driven lobby experience anchored by the new restaurant Station Kitchen & Cocktails, a seasonal rooftop bar complex boasting one of the city's only heated saltwater chlorine swimming pools with sweeping views, a revamped fitness and recreation studio, and inventive partnerships with local, like-minded charity organizations.

More than 8,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor event space includes a spacious ballroom and a dramatic rooftop setting. Designed by HVS Design, the guest experience begins upon arrival where they are greeted with brandied cherries, a nod to the District's beloved treasure. In the lobby, an installation of handmade acrylic cherry blossoms complements the front desk backdrop featuring silhouettes of historic DC figures and personalities.

To celebrate the renovation completion, the hotel has launched a "Feel Like A Million Bucks" promotional hotel package and social media sweepstakes highlighting the neighborhood's past once called Millionaire's Row. More details can be discovered at the hotel’s website.
