DENVER
The Denver Marriott Tech Center will launch a massive property transformation this fall, with plans for the hotel to be one of Colorado’s top destinations for both leisure and business travelers.
The major renovation scheduled to be completed by next September will include a complete overhaul of the hotel’s lobby, 605 guest rooms and more than 50,000 square feet of meeting space.
The hotel’s two towers of guest rooms will undergo a major transformation to feature contemporary furniture, flat screen TVs and refrigerators as well as sleek bathrooms with sliding barn doors.
The Denver Marriott Tech Center is also creating 36 upscale Extended Stay Executive Studios and 5 Extended Stay Executive Suites that will feature separate living, kitchen and sleeping spaces and 5,000 square feet of additional meeting space configured into four breakout rooms.
The Denver Marriott Tech Center will also be one of the first in the nation to offer a Marriott M Club Lounge, an exclusive space with premier services.
The hotel will also be home to a new restaurant concept, which will be a freestanding restaurant with in the lobby atrium. Other changes will include a larger fitness center with updated equipment and an on-site market. The transformation supports Marriott’s "Travel Brilliantly" philosophy.
The renovation will be done in two phases and the hotel will remain open, with extensive plans in place to minimize disruption.

Located close to Greenwood Village, Denver International Airport, Park Meadows Mall, Cherry Creek Mall and The Landmark, the pet-friendly hotel will continue to feature both indoor and outdoor pools.
