BELLEVUE, Wash.
West77 Partners, along with The Hotel Group (THG), announced the ground breaking for a new 254-room Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Bellevue, Wash.
Located two blocks east of the Bellevue Square Mall, the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Bellevue is scheduled for completion in winter 2016/2017. The Hotel Group has been awarded the management contract.

The hotel was designed by Jensen Fey Architects and is currently being constructed by Vandervert Construction, Inc. The Downtown Bellevue Hilton Garden Inn will feature a custom layout, state of the art technology and contemporary finishes inside and out.
Bellevue is across Lake Washington from Seattle and is the city’s largest suburb. No details were revealed at this time on meeting or event space available at the hotel.
