Companies that reserve the Omaha hotel's meeting rooms prior to Dec. 31, 2015 for a professional event in the first quarter of 2016 will receive special rewards that include:
- 10% discount on audiovisual equipment.
- 1 complimentary room per 40 rooms utilized, calculated cumulatively.
- Double Marriott Reward points up to 100,000.
- One upgrade to platinum status for a year.
- Two suite upgrades at the group rate along with a welcome amenity.
- Group welcome amenity.
Perks will be based on the number of rooms booked with 20 to 50 rooms allowing the choice of one incentive, 51 to 100 rooms yielding two incentives, 101 to 150 rooms providing three incentives and 151 or more rooms offering four incentives.
With 12,000 square feet of meeting space, Omaha Marriott can accommodate up to 400 banquet attendees, 500 reception guests or 600 people in a theater-style setup.
From boardrooms to ballrooms, spaces can be customized to fit the style, size and budget of any group. All meeting rooms feature complimentary high-speed Internet access as well as a wide selection of audiovisual equipment, allowing speakers to present with ease.
Professionals will be able to copy, fax and print at the hotel's full-service business center, and planners can work with an experienced event team to build a custom menu for meals or meeting breaks.
