Elected officials, VIPs and entertainment leaders will join Enclave staff on March 9 to break ground on the construction of a new 75,000-square-foot event venue in Las Vegas.
"We are so excited to introduce Enclave to the event community,” the management team with 3G Productions, Inc. said in an official statement. “The attention to details from the design, logistics and infrastructure will truly be a welcome and essential addition in our wonderful city."
3G Productions is a local production company that specializes in live production, AV installation, event staffing, and equipment sales and rental, whose management team is also in charge of the Enclave project. The venue is being marketed as a state-of-the-art event facility for high profile clients.
Enclave will consist of spaces for corporate meetings, conferences, tradeshows, weddings and receptions, broadcasting events, training and seminars, rehearsals and live entertainment for special events. The venue will be located within a mile of McCarran airport and four miles of the Las Vegas Strip.
Enclave is on schedule to be completed by October 2016 and is booking events for January 2017. The venue is also pursuing a strategy to be LEED compliant, specifically in the area of resource efficiency.
