ORLANDO
The Hilton Orlando recently debuted 11,000 square feet of new meeting space that includes the Key Largo and Key West meeting rooms, pre-function space and an additional registration desk to accommodate the new facilities.
The Key West and Key Largo rooms can be divided into up to eight total meeting rooms adjacent to the existing 15,000-square-foot Florida Ballroom.
The new Key Largo and Key West meeting rooms are accompanied by new pre-function space, a check-in registration desk, and a registration office (totaling 11,000 square feet of expanded space). The newly expanded area is just steps away from the 50,000-square-foot outdoor Promenade space at the hotel.
The smaller rooms open up into the Key Largo and Key West meeting rooms which offer 4,764 and 4,145 square feet of space (with the capacity to hold 250 and 210 people, respectively).
The Hilton Orlando, which is connected via covered walkway to the Orange County Convention Center (second largest convention center in the U.S.), takes pride in its out-of-the box event and meetings offerings, from on-site food trucks to a live-action circus and world-class culinary options including made-to-order truffles and ramen soup stations. With the newest Wi-Fi upgrades, Hilton Orlando serves up high-density internet service throughout all meeting spaces, and 1,470 guest rooms and suites.
