Embassy Suites by Hilton announced the opening of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Akron Canton Airport. The hotel is owned by CPX Canton Airport LLC and managed by Commonwealth Hotel Collection.
The 150-suite hotel is situated in the suburb of North Canton, off of Interstate 77 and is minutes from popular Canton, Akron and Cleveland attractions and historic sites, among them the Pro Football Hall of Fame, the William McKinley Presidential Library and Museum, and the National First Ladies’ Library.
Each of the hotel’s two-room suites includes either two queen beds or one king bed, and a separate living room with a pull-out queen-sized sleeper sofa. All suites are equipped with two 42-inch LCD TVs, a microwave, refrigerator and wet bar. The on-site Driftwood Restaurant serves classic American cuisine.
The hotel’s ballroom, conference room and professional boardroom combine to offer more than 6,000 square feet of event space, making the hotel an ideal fit for meetings and special events accommodating up to 500 guests. For smaller group meetings, the hotel offers the Meetings Simplified package.
Embassy Suites by Hilton Akron Canton Airport is just three miles south of the Akron-Canton Airport and offers round-trip complimentary shuttle service to and from the hotel.
