Coming off of back-to-back record-breaking years in convention room night bookings for the future, Visit Indy announced the hiring of Brooke Godsey as meetings express manager.
As meetings express manager with Visit Indy, Godsey will be responsible for managing all meetings and events with peak room nights of 10 – 75 rooms.
Godsey is a graduate of Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis where she studied tourism, conventions, and event management. Godsey joins the Visit Indy team from the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown where she was a Catering Sales Manager. In this role she executed all aspects of events, including food & beverage needs, audiovisual requirements, and room block necessities.
The mission of Visit Indy is to increase Indianapolis economic growth by strategically selling the destination to conventions, meetings, events, and leisure travelers.
