Uber’s ridesharing app gained a number of new features in its latest update, including the addition of customer support within the app and a link to a 24/7 support desk to monitor safety issues.
In addition to the updated customer service options, Uber will also allow users to re-rate drivers in the instance that they accidentally clicked on the wrong star rating when reopening the app.
In other ridesharing news, Hilton and Uber further expanded their partnership by giving Hilton HHonors members with an active reservation the ability to book an Uber straight from the app, and in turn, Uber users can now view their hotel stay information and check-in via the app en route to their hotel.
Those already using the Uber and Hilton HHonor apps should install the latest updates for access.
