MeetGreen recently joined forces with Give2Get to help planners and companies organize community service projects for their conferences and events—from finding an ideal project to navigating logistics.
“We have had a difficult time finding legacy projects in cities for our clients’ events and have learned other planners are having the same problem,” said Nancy Zavada, CMP, founder of MeetGreen.
Zavada said that MeetGreen has continued to see a rise in the popularity of sustainability and community projects and that businesses also still noted value in sponsoring these events.
The partnership with Give2Get will help expand on the available resources and recommendations that MeetGreen can offer for planners, as the company brings 15 years of volunteer organization experience.
