MEXICO CITY
DoubleTree by Hilton announced the opening of its newest hotel in Mexico City, the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Mexico City Santa Fe. Strategically located adjacent to the Expo Santa Fe Mexico Convention Center in the city’s new corporate district, the hotel will undergo a multimillion-dollar renovation to be unveiled during 2017.
The 172-room DoubleTree by Hilton property is part of a dual brand development, which will include a 189-room Hilton Garden Inn expected to open late 2017.
"Mexico City is a thriving travel destination, and the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Mexico City Santa Fe is centrally located next to the Convention Center—and close to several area attractions, including Centro Santa Fe,” said Dianna Vaughan, senior vice president and global head, DoubleTree by Hilton.
All 172 rooms at the DoubleTree feature complimentary Wi-Fi access for Hilton HHonors members, an ergonomic work station and black-out curtains. Executive level rooms offer access to the two-story executive lounge where guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast and evening manager’s reception.
Meeting facilities feature 12,700 square feet of flexible event or conference space, including 14 rooms to accommodate from 10 to 660 guests and a business center featuring five private meeting rooms.
