Hilton announced the appointment of Terry Lewis as complex general manager of Hilton San Francisco Union Square and Parc 55 – A Hilton Hotel.
With nearly 3,000 guest rooms, more than 164,000 square feet of meeting and event space and eight food and beverage outlets, Hilton San Francisco Union Square and the adjacent Parc 55 – A Hilton Hotel together comprise one of the largest hotel complexes in the Western United States.

A strategic business leader dedicated to ongoing improvement of efficiency, productivity and quality, Lewis brings over 30 years of hospitality experience to Hilton. She joins the Hilton team from Marriott International/Starwood Hotels & Resort, where she served in management and general manager roles overseeing large properties in major urban markets.
Most recently, Lewis held the position of general manager of New York Marriott Downtown. Prior to this, she led her hotel teams as general manager at Sheraton New York Times Square, Westin New York Times Square and the W New York Times Square, navigating through highly complex events and massive annual celebrations such as New Year’s Eve in Times Square.
Lewis also held general manager, area director of sales and marketing and director of sales and marketing positions in the Chicago; Columbus, Ohio; Pittsburgh; and Washington D.C. areas.
Earlier in her career, Lewis spent 11 years with Interstate Hotels Corporation taking on sales roles with increasing responsibility in hotels throughout the Eastern U.S.
