Hyatt Regency Greenwich features 374 remodeled guest rooms inspired by the color scheme and ambiance of Connecticut and the Long Island Sound. The newly designed Residential Suite offers a 600-square-foot room with an atrium view and an array of in-room amenities such as a washer and dryer, kitchenette and a dining table for four.

The property also features various common spaces including Townsend, the hotel’s moonlit bar set beneath an atrium and surrounded by 2,300 lush plants. The dining outlet’s food philosophy celebrates local farmers delivering cuisine rooted in the rich culinary heritage of New England and the greater New York City area.

Hyatt Regency Greenwich offers 28,000 square feet of meeting and event spaces, including a refreshed junior ballroom and the hotel’s iconic atrium, featuring natural light, scenic views of the foliage and modern amenities.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a preeminent family-owned and operated commercial and residential real estate firm, completed a capital improvement project at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe, a 351-room full-service hotel located on the company’s Glenpointe corporate campus in Teaneck, New Jersey, just under an hour’s drive from Newark.

The project transformed the hotel’s 39,317-square-foot meeting and event space, aiming to seamlessly integrate natural elements inspired by the nearby Palisades Interstate Park with a sleek, contemporary design.

Renovations to Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe’s meeting space included the replacement of carpeting, wall coverings, paint and furniture throughout the first- and second-floor prefunction spaces, boardrooms and meeting rooms as well as the 1,200-person-capacity ballroom. Alfred Sanzari Enterprises also collaborated with Soho Art Consulting to commission artwork from New Jersey artist Leena Joshi and others to complete the design transformation.
