BONITA SPRINGS, Fla.
Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa’s Tarpon Bay Restaurant now offers a new option for private dining, The Cove at Tarpon Bay. This recently added dining room offers intimate, contemporary space for hosting a multitude of gatherings.
“We recognized an increased demand for unique, inviting spaces and added The Cove at Tarpon Bay to fulfill this growing need,” said General Manager Joseph Murgalo, Jr.
With a view overlooking the resort’s Banyan Courtyard, The Cove provides a dining experience that maintains the casual Florida ambiance and Key West-inspired décor found in the main dining room. Added design features such as a distinctive display of award-winning wine bottles gives the room its own look and feel.
The versatility of this one-of-a-kind dining experience provides many possibilities. The dining room seats up to 40 guests and is said to offer an innovative culinary experience with specially designed menus, an exclusive wine list and a dynamic service team. Wall-to-wall cabinets and a credenza housing a 55-inch flat screen television enhance the space for audio visual presentations.
