Loudermilk Conf. Center Gets New Owners

ATLANTA

Crestline Hotels & Resorts announced it entered into a long term contract to manage Atlanta's Loudermilk Conference Center, including management of the food and beverage service for the 15,000 square foot conference facility and the Magnolia Bistro in the Woodruff Volunteer Center.  Located in downtown Atlanta, the Loudermilk Conference Center can accommodate groups of up to 500 people.

Crestline Hotels & Resorts has a strong regional presence in the Southeast, managing the Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center and the Emory Conference Center Hotel in Atlanta, among others. "By having both the conference and catering services under our direction we can better ensure excellent guest service," said James Carroll, President & CEO of Crestline Hotels & Resorts.

The Loudermilk Conference Center is an enterprise of the United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta and was developed to provide civic-minded businesses and organizations throughout the Metro Atlanta region a central location for meetings and events.
